John Ayoub is a founding partner with Ayoub & Mansour, LLC. His practice focuses on state and municipal taxation; specifically, issues surrounding tax sales and ad valorem taxation. As a litigator, his practice encompasses all types of real estate law. John also has experience with employment discrimination, consumer protection, personal injury, complex class action litigation, business litigation, and ERISA pension benefits. His cases include individual and class action cases in federal courts as well as state courts.

John was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2000 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, and Southern District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He was an Associate at the law firm Alston & Bird from 2000 - 2001 and worked as a Staff Attorney for Fulton County Georgia, prior to becoming a founding partner of Ayoub & Mansour, LLC.

John graduated from New York University with an LLM in Taxation in 2000, and from the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude in 1999. While there, he was member of the University of Georgia Intellectual Property Journal. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1995.

John presented “The Recent Foreclosure Crisis with Banks and Mortgages: Tax Deed and Security Deed Foreclosure” at the 2011 Urgent Legal Matters CLE in St. Simons Island, Georgia and has authored an article entitled “What are the Duties of a Pension Plan Fiduciary?”

John Mansour is a founding partner with Ayoub & Mansour, LLC. His practice focuses on real estate law; specifically, curative title litigation, real estate development, real estate broker/agent liability, and tax fi.fa. acquisition. John also has experience with employment discrimination and retaliation, consumer protection, complex class action litigation, business litigation, and ERISA pension benefits. Carolina D. Bryant is an attorney with the law firm Ayoub & Mansour LLC. Carolina practices real estate law with an emphasis on litigation surrounding tax sales, ad valorem taxation issues, and curative title litigation. She also has experience with land buyer/seller defects, community association consulting and disputes, land boundary disputes, contract disputes, and foreclosure actions.

Carolina was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2009 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Carolina graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009 and Amherst College cum laude in 2005. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property section and is a board member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation. She was the President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation for board year 2014-2015. Carolina is a graduate of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia's 2013 Leadership Academy. John Coleman is a native of Atlanta and attended Georgia State University where he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship, the highest scholarship granted by the university. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude in three years, receiving a dual degree in Business Statistics and Real Estate, as well as minors in both German and Philosophy. For his achievements in his undergraduate real estate studies, he was awarded the John H. Cowart Scholarship, the Georgia Chapter CCIM Scholarship, and was also named a Faculty Scholar.

John then attended Georgia State University College of Law in the evenings while working full-time in the field of real estate investment as a title examiner and paralegal. He graduated Cum Laude in 2010, finishing in approximately the top 15% of his class. During law school he was the Vice President and a founding member of the Estate Planning & Wealth Management Law Society and the President of the Environmental Law Society. John also received the Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund Scholarship and the State Bar of Georgia Exemplary Real Property Law Student Award. He also received awards for his studies in Corporations, Litigation, and Bankruptcy.

John now works in the areas of title and tax deed litigation, in addition to tax appeal work. He has been a title examiner for over a decade and also has his own title company where he performs commercial and residential title examinations for attorneys, investors, and title insurance companies.
