Carolina D. Bryant is an attorney with the law firm Ayoub & Mansour LLC. Carolina practices real estate law with an emphasis on litigation surrounding tax sales, ad valorem taxation issues, and curative title litigation. She also has experience with land buyer/seller defects, community association consulting and disputes, land boundary disputes, contract disputes, and foreclosure actions.

Carolina was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2009 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Carolina graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009 and Amherst College cum laude in 2005. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property section and is a board member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation. She was the President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation for board year 2014-2015. Carolina is a graduate of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia's 2013 Leadership Academy. She presented “The Recent Foreclosure Crisis with Banks and Mortgages: Tax Deed and Security Deed Foreclosure” at the 2011 Urgent Legal Matters CLE in St. Simons Island, Georgia.
